R SLATER & SONS is looking for a skilled TRUCK DRIVER/LABOURER to join our dedicated team in Colac

About the Role:

·         Transport earthwork materials across various construction sites in Colac, the Otway’s and other Southwest regions.

·         Conduct thorough pre-start checks and perform daily maintenance to ensure the safety and upkeep of our fleet.

·         Operate tipper trucks safely on both construction sites and public roads.

·         Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained.

·         Accurately complete daily time sheets and required documentation.

 Skills and Experience Required:

·         Construction Industry White Card (OHS induction card).

·         Valid HC Truck License

·         Previous experience with construction transport (tipper work) essential.

·         Operator tickets for plant (desirable but not essential).

·         Experience with floating machinery (desirable but not essential).
 

 What We’re Looking For:

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·         Labouring experience. (Labouring only when required)

·         The ability to pass drug and alcohol tests before and during employment.

         Immediate Start available.
